Activities
*Senior Trip To Disney: Today! Students going on the Disneyland Trip need to be at MVC by 10am. Students will arrive back to MVC Friday at 11:45pm. Reminder that we have no school on Monday due to Memorial Day Holiday! **All students are back to class Tuesday @ 8:15am.
*Fine Arts Show: Last day! Monte Vista Christian School is presenting the Fine Art Show. The show will be presented at the Sailer House outdoor patio spaces.
*Worship Team Auditions: Applications for the Worship Team auditions can be picked up in the Band Room or in Student Services.
Academics
*All High School Students (Even Seniors): Essay competition-- see Mr. Holtzclaw or go to www.aldusbooks.com. Deadline for submission is August 31, 2008.
*Seniors: Please submit a Final School Report and a final transcript request to the counselor if you are planning to attend a private university that will need it.
*Student Athletes: Please fill out your request for final transcripts to be sent to NCAA Clearinghouse.
*English 2008-2009 Summer Reading lists are on MVCS.org.
Athletics
*Open Gym Basketball - Today!
*Tennis Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday - May 29th at Steve Sharp's house right after school!
*Mustang Boys Basketball is in a summer basketball league. If you are interested in being a part of Mustang basketball for the 2008-2009 school year come to the athletic department ASAP for more information about summer ball.
** Lost and Found Items: Come by Student Services if you lost any items. We have some jewelry and keys here.
**Community Services Hours Due: Please submit your community service hours to Student Services before May 29th. There are nineteen Seniors that need to submit your forms right away for completion of Community Service hours prior to any Graduation ceremonies. Deadline is Wednesday - May 28th by 4pm.
