
Homeschool Partnership Program
HOMESCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
The Homeschool Partnership Program offers families an opportunity to select individual classes that will enhance their home education program. Tuition will be calculated based on courses selected.
To receive a Monte Vista Christian School Homeschool diploma, students must complete at least 70 credits on campus and submit a Senior Portfolio. To receive a standard Monte Vista Christian School diploma, students must complete at least 70 credits on campus and submit documentation showing 100% fulfillment of MVCS graduation requirements through classes offered at Monte Vista, at other accredited institutions, or through passing scores on “test-out” assessments.
Students in the Homeschool Partnership Program may select courses from the General Diploma Program, the College Preparatory Program, or the Resource Program.
Benefits to the Homeschool Partnership Program include:
• Access to Honors, Advanced Placement, and Resource courses
• Access to science courses requiring specialized laboratory equipment
• Participation in thought-provoking discussions with teachers and peers in all subjects, within a Christ-centered environment
Additional Benefits for Homeschool Students Enrolled at Least Half-time include:
• Access to Performing Arts courses such as Choir, Beginning Instruments, Marching Band, Beginning Band, Orchestra, Drama, Music Theory, and more
• Access to Athletic Program sports, including baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and wrestling
