Cost of Participation in Athletics

Students who participate in athletics at Monte Vista may need to purchase items such as team attire, and in some cases, pay for transportation and/or lodging on overnight team trips.

For many sports, students are issued equipment and/or uniforms which are the property of the school. Students and their parents are expected to show reasonable care for these items and will be billed for the cost of replacing items which are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Students whose parents fail to pay bills for uniforms or equipment may not be allowed to participate in athletics until the bill is paid.

Athletic Participation Forms Are State-Required
All Fall Athletes are required to have their Physical Exam/Athletic forms completed before the first day of practice.  Students who do not have a form on file with the athletic office will not be allowed to participate in practices or games until all forms have been turned in.

Online fees

Student athletes will not be allowed to practice or compete until a complete Participation Packet is turned in and ALL Athletics fees are paid.

All High School Sports Sign Ups

Sign up now for high school MVCS Fall, Winter, Spring sports in front of the Athletic Director's office. Please pick up an athletic participation packet, fill out the forms, and return the forms to the athletic office. (All 8 forms are required to participate in athletics.)  Forms are also available online.  

Middle School Sports Sign Ups

Sign up now for middle school MVCS Fall, Winter, Spring sports in front of the Athletic Director's office. Please pick up  athletic participation permission packet, fill out the forms, and return the forms to the athletic office. Forms are also available online.

High School & Middle School Athletic Team Uniforms

All uniforms must be returned to their coaches one week after each season ends. Uniforms for winter and spring sports will not be issued until fall sports uniforms are
returned. Parents will be charged for all unreturned uniforms.

NEFF Jacket Orders 

Students wishing to order Monte Vista Christian School Athletic Jackets with their block letters may mail Neff a 1 minimum order from February 1 to August 31. Minimum orders of 3 can be done from September 1 through January 31. For more information, please stop by the Athletic Office during lunch or after school. Student Pick Up After Practices and Games
