Business Office
The MVCS Business Office is open throughout the year to provide parents and students with a variety of services. Office hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

FACTS (Online Tuition Management company)
The tuition management company that Monte Vista partners with to accept monthly electronic payments towards your student’s school account is FACTS. To speak with a FACTS representative, please call 800-624-7092.

Check Policy
Checks are accepted for the payment of annual tuition or transportation, class fees, athletic team fees, student lunch accounts, event tickets, or test and prep class registration. In the event of a returned check, a $25 fee will be assessed. A replacement payment must be made in cash or cashier's check within 5 business days. After a second returned check, all future payments must be made in cash or by cashier's check.
Credit Cards
The Business Office accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Wire Transfers
The Business Office accepts both domestic and international wire transfers. All wire transfers must include a $35 wire transfer fee and reference the student's name. For more information, please email erickagutierrez@mvcs.org, or call 831-722-8178 x113.
Services
Student Lunch Accounts
Students may purchase food in the cafeteria using their Cafe Prepay student lunch account. The lunch system utilizes a biometric reader to identify the students and allow them access to funds placed on their account. Parents can access lunch account information through Cafe Prepay, in addition to replenishing funds online using either a credit card or automatic debit from their checking or savings account. There is NO surcharge for replenishing funds through their website. Transaction history and account information can be viewed through Cafe Prepay at no charge.

Event Ticket Sales
The Business Office sells tickets to a variety of performing arts concerts and events. Tickets may also be purchased to ASB events, including Winter Ball and the Junior/Senior Prom. Tickets can be purchased by cash, check or credit card.
Student Parking Placards
Please note that if your student plans on driving to school this year, a parking permit is required if your student intends on parking in the Monte Vista parking lot. Please remember that permits must be displayed at all times. Placards are now available in the Business Office.
All students must present their driver's license to the Business Office at time of pickup along with their payment.
Placards can be purchased for $20.00 on or before August 12th.
Placards purchased August 15th and thereafter will be sold for $30.00.
If a student loses a placard, a replacement may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $30.00.

The senior class will have the opportunity to make their parking spot their own. Students are invited to come paint their parking spot and personalize it for an additional fee of $35.00 (without ASB sticker) / $30.00 (with ASB). You must have purchased a parking spot prior to purchasing your Senior Painting spot.

PE Clothing
P.E. clothing is required for all Physical Education classes at Monte Vista. These can be purchased at our Business Office and will be distributed in each student's P.E. class (with receipt). Shorts and shirts are $15 each. MVCS sweatpants ($25) and/or sweatshirts ($30) are optional for cooler days.
