Bus Registration
The 2013-14 Bus Registration forms will be available by July 1, 2013.
When they are posted, you will be able to click on the links below to find the forms, select your stops, and review the Transportation Policy with your student.
After you have submitted the registration form, please contact the Business Office directly to arrange for payment.
Payment may be made in full at the beginning of the school year or on a monthly basis through the FACTS system. Please contact the Business Office at 831-722-8178 x112 for payment information and bus stop changes.
Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received; reservations are made in the order that payment is received.

(Note:
PC users, you will need to use Internet Explorer or Firefox and have
Acrobat installed. Mac users, you will need to use Firefox or Safari and
have Acrobat installed. Do NOT open in Preview--open in Acrobat.)
Bus Registration printable form (available 7/1/13): click here if you would rather print the registration form (same one as above). You can then mail it to MVCS Transportation, 2 School Way, Watsonville, CA 95076, or fax it to 831-722-1813.
Bus Route Schedule: (available 7/1/13): pick-up and drop-off times for each stop.
Bus Permit Request (available 7/1/13): if your student needs to get off at a different stop than usual, please print and sign this form, which your student must take to the Business Office to pick up a pass before boarding the bus.
