Summer Enrichment Opportunities
Summer is a wonderful time for high school students to delve deeper into academic subjects, build new skills, gain work experience, or explore a new environment. How students spend their time outside of the classroom is increasingly of interest to college admissions offices. Whether it is taking a class, attending a pre-college program at a university, volunteering with a nonprofit agency, or working for a local business, each of these experiences can help students realize their talents and decide which career path is right for them. Below are links to a variety of local opportunities, courses for high school/college credit, pre-college enrichment programs, and study abroad options.
