Dual Enrollment

Monte Vista Christian School has partnered with Colorado Christian University (CCU) to offer dual enrollment courses. These courses allow students to earn college credits while fulfilling high school graduation requirements at MVC.

How to Enroll

  1. Work with your guidance counselor to choose the appropriate dual enrollment courses.

  2. Apply for admission through CCU’s Dual Credit Program to obtain your CCU student ID number. If you have previously registered with CCU, you will need to register again. Your existing CCU student ID will be matched to your registration.

  3. Submit this Dual Enrollment Registration Form to your guidance counselor with your CCU student ID number.

Transfer of Credits

“Every major state university surveyed accepted the dual enrollment credit, as did most major private schools and all 27 Christian universities that participated in the survey.” - Colorado Christian University

Students can check with the admissions department of their colleges of interest to ensure transferability.

Transcript Requests

Students in the dual enrollment courses will have an MVC transcript and a college transcript. It is the student’s responsibility to request transcripts from both the college and MVC.

Faculty

The dual enrollment courses are taught by MVC faculty who are qualified to teach their respective courses.

Course Policy

The student is subject to the withdrawal policy of the issuing institution. The payment is non-refundable.
