*After a student is accepted, a deposit (15% of tuition) is required to issue an I-20 and to reserve a space at MVC. This deposit will be deducted from the overall tuition and fees. When the deposit is received, the I-20 will be immediately issued and delivered to the student. By May 1, remaining balance to retain the student’s space will be due. If a visa is obtained after May 1, the remaining balance will be due within two weeks of visa issuance. If evidence is provided indicating that the visa has been denied three times, MVC will refund the deposit. This refund will be issued via wire transfer to the same account used to submit the deposit within 30 days of submission of denial documentation.
