2019-2020 Bell Schedule


Textbook Bundle Purchase - Our online store for textbooks remains open. You should have received an email on August 1 with information regarding purchasing and activating your student's textbook bundle (a single price for your child’s textbooks). More information can be found on the MVC website.


Emergency/Medical Information - All MVC students are required to have updated emergency/medical information in Focus. Parents should log in with their parent credentials, complete, sign, and date the Emergency Card verifying that all information is current. Please refer to these instructions to complete your Emergency Card ASAP.


iPads/Technology - All students attending MVC bring their own iPads. Please refer to the information on our Technology page for specifications.


School Lunch Accounts - Students may purchase breakfast and lunch in the Cafe using their mySchoolBucks account. New students can stop by the MVC Business Office to activate their lunch account by getting a photo taken and fingerprint scan.


Parent Volunteer Information - Parents interested in volunteering or chaperoning various trips and activities throughout the year will need to have a background check completed through the Live Scan process. Please bring a copy of your driver’s license and this completed form. A $30.00 fee will be due to the Business Office at the time of your scan. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Brianna Jaquez in the Business Office at 831-768-6118.


Transportation - Registration for next year's bus routes remains open. Parents can visit our Transportation Department web page to get all the information and to register. Please contact Transportation Manager Kenneth Rothhammer with questions.


Subscribe to MVC's Online Calendar - Students, parents, and all Mustang fans are encouraged to use these step-by-step instructions to subscribe to whichever portion(s) of the online MVC calendar is/are most helpful. Events can be added directly to your personal calendar! Options include athletics teams, clubs, fine arts groups, and much more.

High School

Course Schedule - You may access Focus (MVC's student information system) to view your course schedule. Please contact your guidance counselor with any questions regarding your specific schedule or four-year plan.

Middle School

Middle School Supply Lists - 6th Grade, 7th Grade, 8th Grade


Horsemanship - Are you interested in taking Horsemanship for PE in 2019-2020? Horsemanship participants register online with Belmont Stables to begin the process. Please email Principal Medina ASAP, too, in order to accurately reflect that desire on your student schedule.


Middle School Family Picnic - All Middle School families are invited to join us on Saturday, August 24 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm for a Middle School Family Picnic on the quad. Bring a blanket and a picnic for your family to enjoy. MVC will provide beverages and sweet treats, as well as the pool and other fun activities for the whole family.


Middle School Beach Day - If you are interested in volunteering for the upcoming Middle School Beach Day at Sunset Beach on Wednesday, August 28 from 10:00 am* - 1:30 pm, please email Carissa Medina. Volunteer opportunities will include barbecuing, setting up and serving lunch, and clean-up.
*Students are asked to arrive at school at the regular start time.

Athletics

2019-2020 MVC Mustang Club - Mustang fans of all ages - parents, grandparents, and friends - can support athletics at MVC by joining the Mustang Club for the 2019-2020 school year. Different membership levels have different "perks," including passes to regular season home athletic events and exclusive MVC gear. Early bird sign-ups will open up this summer; watch future Mustang Flyers for updates!

Athletics Paperwork - Tryout information and coaches' contacts for fall sports can be found here. Please make sure that you have all athletics paperwork completely filled out on Final Forms. Register now and electronically complete ALL forms!


Middle School Sports Tryout Dates and Times - Tryouts for Middle School girls basketball, boys soccer, and coed cross country will begin on Monday, August 26. You can find more information here. All athletics paperwork is done online through Final Forms and must be complete in order to participate in tryouts. A hard copy of the student-athlete’s physical must be turned in to the Athletics Office.

Fine Arts

2019-2020 Studio MVC Club - Arts patrons who love MVC can support fine arts on our campus by joining the Studio MVC Club for the 2019-2020 school year. Different membership levels have different "perks," including season passes to performances and exclusive MVC gear.
