Moms in Prayer
Moms in Prayer is a weekly gathering of MVC moms and moms-at-heart to pray for our kids, families, school and community.
Why pray together?
God promises He will be present with you.
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20
Burdens shared become lighter.
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2
When there is agreement in what is asked, there is no room left for doubt or wavering.
Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my father in heaven. Matthew 18:19
As we pray together, trust develops, we become more transparent in our prayers, and we build each other up in faith.
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. I Thessalonians 5:11
