Students will be required to use their student ID card to load and unload the bus or van.

Secondary stops are not required and should be only used if a parent/guardian or a family member will be using this stop on a regular basis. For occasional changes for a stop please sign up on the Single Ride Form, the day before the ride.

This form is used for any changes you wish to make to your original annual bus pass. Example: your child is participating in sports and no longer needs the PM route or you wish to add an AM or PM route or drop or add a bus stop.

In order to adequately plan for the appropriate volume of riders on any given route, the minimum Transportation Plan commitment is one semester. This allows the school to accurately plan for ridership volumes and predict the associated Transportation Costs. Yes cancellations are permitted, however mid-semester cancellations cannot be refunded or credited.

Yes, if your child needs to suspend ridership due to participation in a school-sponsored extracurricular program, such as Athletics or Theatre, the value of the forfeited Transportation Plan will be credited back to your family’s billing account in FACTS. Should this situation apply, your family’s FACTS billing account will be credited back twice a year, once each at the end of the first and second semesters.

Yes, you may make this change on the transportation page on our website using the Change Request Form. You will be notified if your requested change cannot be accommodated for whatever reason.

If you are not signed up for the annual bus pass and your child needs a ride home or needs a ride home with a friend. You may purchase, in advance, a 10-pack card from the Business Office and then sign up on the Single Ride Form on Transportation webpage. 10-pack rider cards cannot be used without pre-provided parental authorization.

This form is to register a one-time change from your normal route or to register a seat using a 10-pack Single Ride Bus Form (which can be purchased at the Business Office). Please note that this form represents parental permission for the pick-up and drop-off locations requested. Please sign up in advance; by 1:00 pm on the day of a pm ride or for the next morning ride.

Bus numbers change, however in the afternoon we have signs on our buses that give the route number and the correct bus stop locations. We also have bus monitors to help all of our students get on the right bus and the bus drivers also have a student list as well as the single ride list.

Drivers check their buses after every run. Items found are taken to the Lost and Found housed inside the ARC.
