CAMP TRANSPORTATION

Cheerleaders will learn the basics of stunting, cheering, and dancing to put together a Cheer routine similar to what our Middle and High schooler teams perform for competitions. It is the perfect chance to make new friends and see what cheerleading is all about!
BOYS FOOTBALL CAMP
MVC Mustang Football invites kids approaching 4th grade - 8th grade to join us for a week of competition, development, and fun. Learn from MVC's experienced Varsity football coaches, as well as current MVC Varsity football players. We will cover the basic fundamentals of football techniques, while also incorporating a competitive environment for ensured growth. The focus of this camp is to get better and have fun doing it!

CROSS COUNTRY CAMP
Calling all young runners! Join us this summer at our Cross Country (XC) Summer Camp with MVC’s Head XC Coach, Erik Beckmen. Over the course of four days, Coach Beckmen will cover every aspect of running XC: proper warm-up, types of workouts, nutrition, and taking care of your body. This camp is open to runners of all abilities, ages 8 - 14. Lace up your shoes and join us for an enriching experience that will leave you prepared to conquer the trails ahead!
